You’ve taken the first step - recognised you are struggling, found the courage to ask for help, and no longer want to feel the way you are feeling.
You may have chosen counselling because:
* you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, unhappy, lacking in confidence or self esteem;
* you may be having issues with relationships; or
* you may have suffered distressing or stressful experiences, and are struggling to move on from them.
Whatever your reasons, I am here to help you move forward, make changes, and be the person you want to be, and it is my privilege to help you on this journey.
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor, and passionate about improving people’s mental health and wellbeing.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Iron Mill, Exeter; am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP); and am fully insured. I work in the Exmouth area, as well as on-line and telephone.
I have experienced ups and downs in my life, and have had counselling to help me through the tough times, so I’ve seen first hand the power of therapy.
I bring a wealth of professional and personal life experiences, having also held senior roles within Human Resources.
