What I Offer
Deciding to come to counselling can be daunting and can make you feel anxious. To help put you at ease, I offer a warm, friendly and down to earth approach, providing a safe, supportive space for you to share your inner thoughts, difficult feelings and emotions, without judgement. I will listen and truly hear you.
You are unique, and I genuinely believe you are the person who knows yourself best. I work in a person-centred way, tailoring the counselling around your individual needs. We may explore how past experiences are impacting your present struggles; build confidence; identify and change unhelpful patterns; explore new options and choices; or cope with things you cannot change
