I believe that the connection and relationship between counsellor and client is so important to successful counselling, so I offer an initial consultation session free of charge, to see if you feel comfortable with me and I am the right counsellor for you, as we begin to explore what has bought you to counselling.
I offer counselling face to face in Exmouth (with necessary safety measures in place), and on-line through Zoom or telephone.
Availability
Individual counselling (In the therapy room) £45 per hour
On-line counselling (via Zoom or telephone) £40 per hour
Concessions I recognise everyone’s personal circumstances are different and offer a limited number of concessions, so please contact me to chat this through.
All sessions are private and confidential for 60 minutes, and I recommend initially weekly sessions for at least 6 weeks, but we can discuss this when you get in touch, and decide the next steps together.
I ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations and you will be charged for the session without prior notice. I may at times have a waiting list.
